9th Note Groundbreaking Event August 2025

Construction has officially begun on 9th Note, a new affordable housing community near Salt Lake City’s State Fairpark at 915 W. North Temple, featuring 110 modern apartments designed for families and young professionals, complete with public workspace and street-level retail in the city’s Note District.
