Dorado Station

Dorado Station is J. Fisher Companies’ second transformative affordable housing development in Boise, Idaho. A partnership between the City of Boise, Ada County, and J. Fisher Companies, Dorado Station will provide 212 income-averaged units at 60% AMI. The building’s design is inspired by the legacy of Boise’s early electric trolley lines, weaving historical references into a modern design narrative. Dorado Station’s all-electric, six-story community will feature modern amenities, EV parking, and high-quality materials, bringing both affordability and architectural excellence to Boise’s West Bench.
