We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our investment team. This role will provide essential support in underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential commercial real estate investments and development opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the real estate investment field.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, finance, or a related field (internship experience considered).
• Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial presentation preparation.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
